Overview

10km + a bit; beautiful river-side setting; uses first stage of Nokia Coast to Coast route; finishes at Cawdor Castle; £15 per person

If you don’t fancy the full Nokia Coast to Coast, or simply want to experience the spirit of the event with a good old stretch of the legs on Sunday 19th September, we have a great 10km (and a bit) run taking place that follows the first stretch of the Nokia Coast to Coast journey from Nairn Links to Cawdor Castle, tracing the course of the River Nairn. It features on and off road sections and is predominantly classed as a trail run.

Is this for me?

If you want to go for a run in beautiful surroundings with beach, river, forest and countryside vistas, this is for you. The Coast to Cawdor is a delightful Sunday morning running option, open to all runners and is just over 10km long. It is a one-way course and you can either arrange a pick-up with your supporters at the finish at Cawdor, or book our transfer bus back to Nairn.

You need to be at least 16 years old to take part in the run. Anyone between 16 and 18 years old must have their parental/legal guardian consent signed.
