Upgrade to a 4* Nokia Coast to Coast

We want to make sure you can concentrate on the job in hand – crossing Scotland in a weekend. We have devised some special packages that aim to take the strain on the small stuff – accommodation and transport.

Whether it’s a great hotel within view of the start line, with all the trappings of 4* luxury, or whether it’s a room with a view at our very own “finish line hotel” at the Isles of Glencoe, we’ve got something here for you to choose.

If you are a Nokia Coast to Coast Challenger, your standard entry includes camping accommodation at the Fort Augustus mid-point, at which you will use your own tent and sleeping bag, which we will transport for you. You may wish however to upgrade to our specially prepared 4* Dinner, B and B “Fort Augustus Upgrade” if you are more interested in duvets than groundsheets.

We’ve also got a travel option to get you back to Inverness from Glencoe after the event, should you be looking to connect with outbound transport from there.

Journey’s End (for all categories) SOLD OUT

Our Journey’s End package provides you with B & B accommodation at the Isles of Glencoe hotel, perfectly situated directly at the finish line, where you can almost touch your room from the finish line. It’s also a very short stumble to and from the Nokia Coast to Coast after-party, which will be operating in the grounds of the hotel also.

Fort Augustus Upgrade (for Challenger category) SOLD OUT

If camping is not for you, then our Fort Augustus upgrade allows you to bunk up in 4* boutique luxury at the Lovat Arms Hotel at the mid-point of the route. Gourmet and boutique are words that are thrown around a good deal in the hotel trade, but at the Lovat they don’t use these terms in vane. Dinner here is a real treat; take our word for it. The beds are massive too. Just what you need when you’ve got 56 miles of Scotland under your trainers and saddle and another 53 to go!

Full-Bore Full-Board (for Challenger category) SOLD OUT

Our full board package includes Dinner, Bed and Breakfast for Saturday and Sunday night (at the Lovat Arms at the Fort Augustus mid-point and at the Isles of Glencoe Hotel finish line). The accommodation at Fort August is at the cosy and boutiquey Lovat Arm Hotel, where the quality of the rooms is matched only by the beautiful food served in their restaurant. On the Sunday night your stay continues at the end-of-race party location, the Isles of Glencoe Hotel. You can almost touch your room from the finish line, which might be the best finishing present you can imagine once you cross that line!

This service can be booked to leave on Sunday 19th Sep evening from the Isles of Glencoe Hotel at 2200 or on Monday 20th Sep morning at 1000. The transfer will stop at Inverness bus station (directly adjacent to the train station) at (approx) 1200 and then travel onwards to Inverness airport, arriving at 1300, then on to Nairn for 1400 latest.

NB: There is a public Citylink bus service that runs between Glencoe village and Inverness. However they DO NOT TAKE BIKES.
